Indonesia Sailing cruises on board the Ambasi
Overview | 7 Day Komodo Cruise | Phinisi Ambasi
Aboard on the ‘Phinisi Ambasi’ you will enjoy an unforgettable sea-journey. This is an unique possibility to explore even the tiniest of the islands of Komodo Natioanl Marine Park. Ambasi will anchor in the loveliest bays from where you can go ashore and discover the islands. Cross tropical rainforest, climb volcano’s, admire waterfalls and the lakes in craters. Go shopping at the ‘pasar’, watch traditional dances or simply relax on deck or on secret beaches to sunbathe.
Sea treks between the islands seem now and then very much like expeditions a’la Cousteau. Many times the ship is accompanied by dolphins, sometimes even a manta ray or a whale. Fish bought at the ‘pasar-ikan’ early in the day are barbecued in the evening, somewhere on a quiet beach, for your dinner. When the boat has dropped the anchor, it is marvelous to take a dive in the water and while skin diving, you feel yourself like being in a huge tropic aquarium.
